Refund & Cancellation Policy for mToken
Professional DigiSign eServices Private Limited ensures the highest quality of mToken products and services. Below are the specific refund and cancellation policies applicable to mToken:
Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation Before Shipping:
• If the buyer cancels the order online before the mToken has been shipped, the entire order amount will be refunded.
2. Cancellation After Shipping but Before Delivery:
• If the order has been shipped but not yet delivered, the buyer can cancel the order online. In this case, the total order amount minus shipment and handling charges will be refunded. Refund processing will commence once the originally ordered mToken is received back intact from the courier.
3. Delivered mToken:
• Once the mToken has been delivered to the buyer, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances.
4. Online Download Options:
• If the mToken or its software involves an online download, cancellation will not be possible.
Refund Policy:
1. Defective mToken:
• If the mToken is found to be defective, it will be replaced with a functioning version of the same mToken at no extra charge to the buyer. No monetary refunds will be provided.
2. Failed Transactions or Double Charges:
• In case of failed transactions or double realization of the payment for the same order, the total deducted amount will be refunded.
3. Bank/Card Charges:
• In cases of cancellations or failed transactions, any bank or card transaction charges incurred by the buyer may not be refunded.
4. Refund Timelines:
• Professional DigiSign Private Limited does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of refunds credited back to the buyer’s card or account.
5. Part Cancellations:
• For part cancellations, the refund amount will correspond only to the value of the cancelled part of the order.
Non-Refundable Items:
• All mTokens are non-refundable unless found defective.
